FOR INTERIOR REAL ESTATE PHOTOS, IT IS CRITICAL TO USE PROPER LIGHTING TECHNIQUE AND A STAtE-OF-THE-ART CAMERA WITH WIDE ANGLE LENS TO ACHIEVE AN ATTRACTIVE INTERIOR PHOTO WITH GREAT DETAIL.

Residential Pricing Brackets:
INCLUDES A SELECTION OF 25 TO 40 PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS (DEPENDING ON SIZE/FEATURES OF PROPERTY). MORE PHOTOS ALSO AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR $5/PHOTO EXTRA FEE.
Base Fee:
(Single-Story Homes, No Finished Basement)
- Min. fee regardless of sq ft: $160.00
- 1,500 to 2,000 square feet: $170.00
- 2,000 to 3,000 square feet: $180.00
- 3,000 to 4,000 square feet: $200.00
- 4,000 to 6,000 square feet: $220.00
Multi-Story Homes and/or Finished Basement:
- add $15 per extra floor (under 4,000 sq ft)
- add $25 per extra floor (over 4,000 sq ft)
- add $20 for a finished basement
"Twilight" Exterior Photo: $75.00 extra

Commercial real estate photography including but not limited to office buildings, factories, hospitals, municipal buildings, apartments, and many other commercial properties. Exterior and/or interior photos.
Packages include up to 20 photos unless stated otherwise. All photos are fully post processed, including perspective and color correction. Commercial add-on packages contain 15-20 photos. Due to the complexity of commercial photo projects, the below pricing structure is a guideline; accurate price quotes are provided following discussing the scope of the specific project.
